Soulshine Rhythm Experience
Oct. 07, 2026 7:00 a.m.
As the Founder and Chief of Beats at Soulshine, Suzy creates spaces that bring people together, inspire confidence, and strengthen communities through the shared experience of rhythm, movement, and human connection. Whether she's leading a fitness class, facilitating a community drum circle, working with older adults or teens, Suzy helps people feel energized, empowered, and connected. Her programs blend movement, rhythm, and evidence-informed practices to support physical well-being while fostering something just as important—a sense of belonging. For Suzy, Soulshine has never been just about drumming or fitness. It's about helping people discover their strength, connect with one another, and leave feeling a little brighter than when they arrived. |
