Dear Fellow Rotarians and Friends, Wow, I feel so blessed with the opportunity to be club president for the Cedar Park-Leander Rotary for 2022-2023. What an honor!
The plan I have for my Rotary Club is simple. I would like to grow our membership, by finding servant-hearted members to be the hands and feet supporting our community locally and globally. Our Rotary Club represents our motto " Service Above Self" with a faithful and loyal Rotarian heart! As a Rotary Club of District 5870, we have many resources at our fingertips. This will help us make a difference and build our public image to be known as a refreshed Rotary and updated with the times by starting off with our 1st women Rotary International President for 2022-2023, Jennifer Jones. Her theme is "Imagine Rotary" meaning imagine what Rotary can do to eradicate human trafficking, and world hunger, and save our environment. We are so close to eradicating polio. https://www.endpolio.org Just imagine what a few million Rotarians can do to cure our world! Also, our 5870 District Governor for 2022-2023, Shannon Coleman has a true passion for service projects which is what we are all about showing and believing in the good side of humanity! As Club President for the Cedar Park-Leander Rotary Club, I look forward to the opportunity to present to our local business and non-profit organizations how they can participate, collaborate, and utilize their local Rotary Club beneficially for their staff and establishments, and continue to support your community at the same time. This is our year to make a difference, so if you want to be a trailblazer alongside your local Rotary Club of Cedar Park-Leander please reach out to me via email at moriah.eberhart@gmail.com or call 512-755-5081 and/or review our website and browse our schedule of club meetings and special service projects to volunteer only and/or attend a meeting.
You are more than welcome to join us anytime and try us out. We thank you for considering
the opportunity!
Enthusiastically serving our community with hugs,
Moriah Eberhart
Club President 2022-2023
