Members of the Rotary Club of Cedar Park-Leander spent their Saturday making a meaningful difference by volunteering with Bags of Grace, an organization dedicated to providing essential items to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Austin area.
Working alongside other community volunteers, the group helped assemble an incredible 2,500 Bags of Grace, which will be distributed through organizations such as Church Under the Bridge and other outreach partners serving those in need.
The Cedar Park-Leander Rotary team made a significant contribution, with their table assembling 250 care bags filled with necessities and encouragement for those facing difficult circumstances.
Projects like this demonstrate Rotary's commitment to improving lives through hands-on service. Every bag packed represents more than basic necessities—it offers hope, dignity, and a reminder that someone cares.
The Rotary Club of Cedar Park-Leander continues to exemplify Rotary's motto, Service Above Self, by partnering with local organizations and investing their time where it can make the greatest impact. Through service projects like Bags of Grace, club members are helping build a stronger, more compassionate community—one bag at a time.
