The Rotary Club of Cedar Park-Leander recently had the privilege of serving dinner to campers at this year's Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Camp, providing not only a delicious meal but also encouragement to the next generation of leaders.
Club members enjoyed spending time with the energetic, thoughtful, and inspiring young leaders who gathered from across the district for a week focused on leadership development, teamwork, and personal growth. While preparing and serving the meal, Rotarians had the opportunity to connect with campers, share conversations, and witness firsthand the impact RYLA has on developing confident, service-minded leaders.
RYLA is one of Rotary's signature youth programs, empowering high school students to discover their leadership potential while building lifelong friendships and a commitment to service above self.
The Cedar Park-Leander Rotary members were honored to play a small part in the campers' experience by helping keep everyone fueled for a week of learning, laughter, and leadership.
