Argie Martinez, RN, BSN is the Owner and Operator of Preferred Care at Home North Austin, Texas. She is a graduate of Texas A&M International University, School of Nursing. With over thirty years of progressive nursing experience (hospital medical, surgical, oncology, ICU and ER as well as home health and hospice), Argie has developed a top-notch quality senior care team and network ready to address any home care need. The agency celebrates fourteen (14) years of service this year. The agency’s main goal is to improve the quality of life of those in need in the community! Argie is co-author of Mujeres Que se Atreven y Superan Límites, a book collating inspirational stories of women overcoming adversity. The Miraculous Art of Caregiving is a guide for families and professionals available in Spanish all best sellers on Amazon. She is an active member of Mujeres Emprendedoras y Con Espiritu and Mujeres Que se Atreven y Superan Limites, groups that advocate the promotion, education, and support of women entrepreneurs via a strong network of members. Rev. Dr. Ron Swain, chaplain at Southwestern University has been an advocate for Equity his entire adult life. An ordained Methodist minister, Ron has served in numerous capacities including a senior advisor to the President of Southwest University. A long time Rotarian, Ron has served as president of the Rotary Club of Georgetown and currently serves as the convener of the Racial Unity and Peace Building Committee of his club as well as the chair of the District 5870 Positive Peace Committee. Under Ron's leadership, The Rotary Club of Georgetown has become designated as one of only 400 Rotary Action Groups for Peace throughout Rotary International's 58,000 clubs. |

This nine-county region includes Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, and Williamson counties. Prior to this role, Kelly has worked in marketing for Fortune 100 and 500 companies and held numerous leadership roles in nonprofits. She has a passion for building relationships and customer service. She brings experience in driving organizational planning, mission, advocacy, influence, and growth. Kelly has an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake and a BS in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. |

Rebekah Pridgeon is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults. Her background includes experience working with children, teens, adults, and parents focusing on communication, behavior change, mood-related issues, and trauma. Rebekah earned her BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and her MA in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. She is Certified in EMDR, and trained in Theraplay Level 1, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), additionally she has training in trauma-informed practices. Rebekah’s background includes a former career in corporate America where she worked with a vast array of people across many different walks of life and cultures to build teams, build out space, solve problems, and nurture relationships. After becoming a licensed therapist she established The Sparrow Center which is a practice focused on providing hope while helping the whole person heal. |

Sharon Guzman has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 years who works with men, women, couples, and first responders. Her background includes experience working with police officers, military and ex-military, firefighters, medical professionals, adults and couples, and those with substance abuse-related issues. She has worked in a variety of settings including probation, court systems, local mental health authorities, and private practice. She has also been an IOP Counselor and a Substance Abuse Interventionist. Her emphasis in the counseling experience is the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, the utilization of tools for both coping and thriving, a holistic response to both substance abuse and trauma, communication, and the creation and maintenance of intimacy and discovery of present-day and future solutions. Sharon earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her MA in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. She has been trained in Substance Abuse Interventions, NLP and EMDR. |

Jen Knutson is a Traditional Naturopath and Nutritionist with a special interest in mental health and hormones.
She has a Bachelors and a Masters in Psychology and a Masters in Health Studies. She did an additional four years of study in Australia, achieving Advanced Diplomas in Nutritional Medicine and Naturopathy, and spent a further two years studying Neuro Nutrient Therapy.
Jen has been in the natural health space for over a decade. Not only has she healed her own health issues naturally, but she has also helped hundreds of other people do the same.
She has articles published in several mainstream magazines in Australia and New Zealand and has been featured on ABC radio in Australia for her work with amino acid therapy. She has also presented internationally for a global wellness company and is passionate about educating and inspiring people to live happy, healthy lives naturally. She has recently relocated her practice from Australia to Round Rock, Texas, and is actively working to help people live well on this side of the world. |

Jerry joined the Rotary Club of North Shore Lake Travis (Lago Vista) in 2005. He served as the club’s Vice President, Membership and Foundation chairs, and President. He organized their bicycle and 5K fund-raisers to support local projects. When NSLT merged with Austin Centennial, he joined the Cedar Park Club. Jerry joined the Rotary Club Cedar Park-Leander as a transfer Rotarian in 2013. His knowledge of, and passion for, Rotary was immediately felt by all members. He is always willing to share his knowledge and to join in all the Club activities. The Club has been able to be involved in many local projects such as highway clean-ups, a Talent Show for fund-raising for three years, a fund-raising art show, a Quarter-a-Mile activity, among just a few. The club always looks to Jerry for guidance and input. He served as District Governor. He has served in numerous Club capacities, committee chairs, Foundation Chair, and is currently serving as Executive Director, The Club went through a period of possibly having to disband. Jerry’s guidance, knowledge and encouragement during this time, and all of his contributions are priceless and kept the Club alive and well. Jerry was instrumental in the Club achieving The 100% TRF Banner where every member of our Club is a Paul Harris Fellow. Jerry’s diligence resulted in our Club coming in at Third Place in Category 2 for the Rotary District 5870 Limited Time Offer “Giving” campaign. At the District level, Jerry has served as the ROF Chair, District Secretary, Assistant Governor, District Governor, Annual Fund Sub-committee Chair. and District Rotary Foundation Chair. He is the current Council of Legislation representative from D5870. |

Kedrick Jeffries serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas. Jeffries’ career has been devoted to youth development. He previously worked with The Boys and Girls Clubs of Austin where he served as the Chief Club Operations Officer. He has also worked with Communities in Schools of Central Texas and with the Austin and Pflugerville independent school districts leading Out of School Time programming, as well as with the AFL-CIO and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) in Washington, D.C. |
