DESCRIPTION:Last year\, one of our Club's goals was to give grants to stude
 nts enrolled in a program to train them in one of the trades\, such as ele
 ctrical\, plumbing\, or HVAC. The grants could be used for any program-rel
 ated purpose\, including tuition or trade-related tools. Our garden party 
 fundraiser netted $2\,500. On September 25th\, we will distribute $500 in 
 vocational grants to five plumbing students working through the Craftsmen 
 Center in Taylor\, Texas. All Club members are welcome to attend the prese
 ntation\, which will be at Coppera Plumbing\, 1009 W. 2nd St.\, Taylor\, 
 TX. Meet at Dee's house at 3:00 if you want to carpool.
